The proposal transforms an existing mansion into five new dwellings. The intervention removes parasitic elements that compromised the building’s appearance, discreetly integrating new areas with a landscaped roof and a
small extension to the south for access to the underground car park.

The result is a condominium that preserves the identity of the mansion, while giving it a new contemporary and functional life.
