This proposal alters and expands the existing dwelling, adapting its layout to current needs. The work preserves the main structure, while introducing a spatial reorganisation that enhances the continuity between interior and exterior.

A recessed floor on the roof is added to the original layout, creating areas, privileged views and technical space for energy efficiency solutions.
